From drop-off to pick-up — here’s exactly what to expect on your service day.

Schedule Your Service

Email scheduleme.pacauto@gmail.com, call (408) 849-0663, or walk in — no reservation required. We arrive at your site by 8am every service day.

Drop Off Your Vehicle

Drop off between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Tell our Service Advisor your contact info, the services needed, and when your vehicle needs to be ready. We handle the rest.

Pick Up & Drive Away

We notify you by phone or text when ready. You receive a full invoice, your 30-point inspection sheet, and original replaced parts if requested. Payment by debit or major credit card.

Our Transparency Guarantee: If our inspection identifies any issue, we provide a full quote with labor and parts broken down separately — you decide whether to proceed. No surprises. No pressure. Ever.
